Prasar Bharati’s revised methodology for e-auction of DD Freedish slots is collecting unprecedented revenue against each slot in the ongoing auctions.
From the 58 MPEG-2 slots auctioned so far, the pubcaster has already earned Rs 947 crore.

The e-auction, which kicked off on March 13, enters the eighth day on Monday with Round-3 for Bucket A in progress with a base price of Rs 13 crore onwards.
