Delhi: FanCode will be exclusively live streaming India’s World Cup qualifiers against Afghanistan and Qatar. India will face Afghanistan on March 22, with the game taking place in Saudi Arabia. India and Qatar will face off on June 11.

The Indian men's football team departed for Saudi Arabia with a 25-member squad to compete in the 2026 Fifa World Cup qualifiers. Football enthusiasts can witness the encounters featuring Indian players such as Sunil Chhetri, Gurpreet Singh Sandhu, Lallianzuala Chhangte, Imran Khan, and Jay Gupta.

India have had a mixed campaign so far, with a loss against Qatar and an important victory against Kuwait. A familiar face in the form of Ashley Westwood will be present in the Afghanistan dug out. Westwood, who has long been associated with Indian football, is currently the coach of the Afghan national team. 

India needs to finish in the top 2 in the group to move onto the next round of the 2026 Fifa World Cup qualifiers, and keep their hopes of playing in the World Cup alive. The 2026 Fifa World Cup will be a 48-team competition, with increased slots from Asia, giving the Blue Tigers an opportunity to qualify. AFC teams have been allocated eight direct qualifying slots and one inter-confederation play-off slot.
