Wootag Ads appoints Vishal Sinha as Country Head and VP- Ad Sales

After being associated with ShareChat for nearly a year as Director- Ad Sales and Strategy, Vishal Sinha has now been appointed as Country Head and VP- Ad Sales at Wootag Ads.

Announcing the development on LinkedIn, he mentioned, “Thrilled to announce my new role as VP- Ad Sales and Country Head for India at Wootag Ads, where I am set to lead the growth and expansion plan for ad revenue. Wootag Ads is at the forefront of redefining engagement in video ads, and I am honored to be part of this innovative journey.”

Before joining Wootags Ads, Sinha was spearheading the Go-To-Market strategy and unlocking new avenues for ad sales at ShareChat for a year.

Prior to ShareChat, he was with Google for seven and a half years starting October 2015 wherein he served across various roles including Advertising Sales Manager (Direct) for two years, Large Agency Manager (LCS) for a little more than a year, Agency Growth Manager- Traditional and Channel Sales for three years. For the last one and a half years, he was associated with the tech giant as Head of Sales- Google Ads.

Earlier on, he also worked with Gartner as Consulting Director (Digital Transformation and Strategy) for nine months; Oracle as Senior Sales Manager (Midmarket and Government) and later as Sales Leadership (On-prem and Cloud) for a little over two and a half years each; and Vodafone India as Management Trainee- Executive for a year.
