In lieu of this, the tech giant will also be introducing a slew of India-focused features such as voice input and language toggle between English and Hindi. However, search ads will continue to appear in dedicated ad slots across the page.

Similar to an AI chatbot, SGE is a conversational mode to Google Search wherein one can ask Google questions about a topic and in turn receive answers that include local information, recommendations, summaries, definitions, etc. along with coding-related queries.

Moreover, in the pursuit of reimagining its core search engine business and to compete against rival Microsoft, Google’s SGE will also be available on Google App on Android and iOS in the coming weeks.
