Forbes India’s ‘Tycoons of Tomorrow’ to honour achievers in business, entrepreneurship and entertainment

The gala event will involve pioneers and changemakers from across industries sharing key insights on taking India’s entrepreneurial journey forward

Business magazine Forbes India announced that it is going to hold the 2021-22 ‘Tycoons of Tomorrow’ gala to felicitate and celebrate business leaders and entertainment stars who are poised to shape the future of business and cinema.

The 2021-22 Forbes India Tycoons of Tomorrow gala, presented by NEOM, felicitates this new generation that will lead tomorrow.

The gala is scheduled for September 30, 7 pm onwards, at Four Seasons, Worli, Mumbai, and will felicitate 25 leaders who will shape the future.

The ceremony will include five insightful discussions involving chiefs of trendsetting brands such as Nykaa, boAt, Mamaearth, Infra.Market, and Astral. Headlining the event is actor-turned-producer-entrepreneur Alia Bhatt.

OTT stars such as Mithila Palkar, Rasika Dugal and Pratik Gandhi will grace the event to talk about the transformation of the entertainment industry brought via OTT in recent years.

An invigorating discussion on the importance of profitable unicorns in India, featuring the co-founders of two, Varun and Ghazal Alagh - Mamaearth, and Aaditya Sharda and Souvik Sengupta-Infra Market will provide actionable insights for the many start-up entrepreneurs in attendance, and will be a key highlight to watch out for.

“It would be fair to say that the 'Tycoons of Tomorrow' are not just about net worth and self-worth. The Tycoons of Tomorrow are those who are still on a journey—one of imagination, creativity, and implementation. Milestones for them are a blur in the rear-view mirror as they step on the gas to navigate unmapped territory. We look forward to felicitating them at the Tycoons of Tomorrow gala,” said Brian Carvalho, editor, Forbes India.

Preeti Sahni, COO, Forbes India, said, “Forbes India Tycoons of Tomorrow gala will bring together the best of corporate, start-up, and entertainment worlds. This year’s Tycoons will shape the future of India's tomorrow".

The gala will be streamed live on forbesindia.com and @ForbesIndia on Twitter, Facebook and YouTube.
