Commenting on Chatterjee’s move, Kamath, CEO, BBH-PWW, said, “We thank Srija for all her contribution to PWW and wish her all the very best in her future endeavours. Publicis Worldwide stands at an important growth juncture and with very talented teams and a robust brand portfolio already in place, we will continue to build on the momentum. Srija will be missed.”

According to an industry source, “Chatterjee put in her papers at the beginning of August and currently serving the notice period until mid-November.”

Chatterjee’s next destination could not be confirmed by the time of filing of this report.

As MD of Publicis Worldwide India operations that include Publicis Ambience, Publicis Capital, Publicis Beehive, Publicis Health and Publicis Business, Chatterjee was overseeing growth and strategy at the agency and managing a plethora of brands including L’Oreal, Nestle, ZEE, Bharti AXA, Heineken, Sanofi, Unilever, Citibank, UB Group, HDFC MF among others.

Her industry experience spans over 27 years and includes leadership roles across India and Singapore managing key regional and multinational brands across markets.

Chatterjee had joined Publicis Worldwide in April 2017 after a 17-year-long stint with Lowe Group out of which she spent about eight years in Singapore.

Prior to Lowe, she has had stints with Marico and HTA.

Chatterjee is an award-winner in her own right, having led integrated cross-disciplinary teams across digital, PR, shopper and activation for local, regional and global brands alike.
