Zee shareholders approve appointment of 3 independent shareholders

Zee Entertainment shareholders have approved the appointment of three independent shareholders.

Uttam Prakash Agarwal, Shishir Babubhai Desai and Venkata Ramana Murthy Pinisetti have been named Independent Directors for a term of three years with majority votes through a Postal Ballot process.

A Zee statement read, “This outcome of theremotee-voting process concluded on March 152024, reflectsthe shareholders' confidencein the Board of the Company.”
