Rajesh Iyer moves on from Viacom18

Delhi: Rajesh Iyer has stepped down as Business Head - Regional Entertainment, Viacom18 Media, according to media reports. 

He took over the reins of Colors Tamil, Odia, Gujarati and Bangla in October 2020. He was part of Network18 in 2019. 

Prior to this and as part of the broadcast leadership team at Zee, Iyer launched its second GEC '&TV' in 2015. He is no stranger to Viacom18, having served the organisation for 6 years when he led the marketing portfolio of the network's flagship GEC Colors. He has also worked with Star, YuppTV and Ambience Publicis/Ogilvy and Mather.
