Atrangii OTT launches first horror show ‘Kalwa’ with Karam Rajpal and Tanishq Tiwari

Delhi: Atrangii OTT, under the leadership of Vibhu Agarwal, has launched its inaugural horror series, 'Kalwa,' featuring actors Karam Rajpal and Tanishq Tiwari in the lead roles, alongside Shaji Choudhary and Vicky Ahuja. 

The series, 'Kalwa,' delves into the tumultuous life of a couple, Ajay (portrayed by Rajpal) and Sanjana (played by Tiwari), who are struggling in their marriage after they lost their 7 year old son in an accident and due to their inability to conceive anymore.

Their situation takes a terrifying turn when they begin to encounter paranormal activities. They soon realise that these are not just any ordinary disturbances but the malevolent spirit of Kalwa. In the realm of ghosts, Kalwa is considered the most dangerous entity.

Rajpal shared his experiences during the show's launch, stating, "Shooting in Lucknow for this show was an incredible experience. It's a well etched out story about a couple haunted by the evil spirit of Kalwa. This is my first horror project, and I must add the filming late at night in the darkness, in the jungles certainly gave us the creeps. The show is sure to give you the chills.”

Vibhu Agarwal, the founder of Atrangii OTT, said on the launch, "Launching our first horror show with 'Kalwa' has been a thrilling venture. Collaborating with Nitin Mishra, the producer who has meticulously crafted this compelling story for our audience, has been a remarkable journey.
