Delhi: Starting June 2024, Google announced via its blog that suspended accounts will undergo functionality limitations.
Advertisers with suspended accounts will receive in-product notifications about the restricted functionalities.
They can still access their accounts but are limited to specific actions such as
- managing billing options
- account settings, appeals, verification
- security settings
- navigation within the account, and
- accessing information and reports
All other actions will be disabled. This update only affects suspended Google Ads accounts and doesn't alter the functionality of active accounts.
