VML India ropes in Amandeep Singh Kochar as SVP- Client Solutions and Integration

After the merger of VMLY&R and Wunderman Thompson to form VML and keeping the India leadership behind curtains for a while, the newly rechristened agency has brought back Amandeep Kochar to the country as SVP- Client Solutions and Integration, VML India.

Kochar who has been with the network agency for the past six years has served across roles such as Head of Commercial Growth and CX, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) for the last six months and VP- Client Engagement, CX and Commerce, Bangkok (Thailand) for a year and a half starting January 2022.

However, his journey with the agency began as Business Director- New Delhi (India) from November 2017 and lasted for a period of more than four years.

Prior to VML, Kochar was the Director- Brand Strategy and New Business at Brandmovers for more than two years starting September 2015; Business Head- New Delhi at KRDS for more than two years starting June 2013 and Business Development and Marketing Manager at BrandAppZ.com for nearly one and a half years starting February 2012.

In the past, he also founded his own company Fresh Marketing Idea!, months after his role as Assistant Manager TCS e-serve came to end after one and a half years in October, 2011.
