Publicis Groupe's Vibhor Mehrotra has recently resigned from his position as chief digital officer at Zenith.
Announcing the development on LinkedIn, he mentioned, “As it is said that every journey must come to an end. So yesterday, after 8 years 11 months and 29 days (1 day shy of 9 years) of my journey of learning, growth and leadership with Publicis Groupe across its various agency brands/ roles and most recently at Zenith - The ROI Agency as #ChiefDigitalOfficer has come to an immensely satisfying end.”
“I have decided to move on and give myself a chance to keep my learning hat ON and learn beyond what has become my core over last many years and I’m looking forward to kickstart this new journey soon where I share/implement my learnings and at the same time, learn new areas to grow well beyond my strengths!” he added.
During his time at Publicis Groupe, Mehrotra was associated with the Network’s Media arms Zenith and Performics for a period of over four and a half years each.
He started working at Zenith in July 2019 as the VP- Digital Planning and later was elevated to the role of Chief Digital Officer in April 2021.
Before this, he was associated with Performics.Resultrix as VP and Business Head- South for nearly three years. He also served as the VP- Head of Communication Planning and Strategy at the agency from December 2014 to September 2016.
Previously, he worked with Tata AIG where he was responsible for digital marketing & online sale.
His previous stints included ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company, Interactive Media (Id8Labs), Avantika Connect and Aditya Telelink.
