Malcolm Raphael, SVP, Creative Strategy and Planning, Trade Marketing and Innovations, will be moving on from BCCL (Bennett Coleman & Co Ltd) after spending more than 15 years at the company.
His tenure concludes on January 9, 2024, a transition he recently announced on LinkedIn.
Raphael joined BCCL in 2008 with the company’s strategic investment arm, Times Private Treaties. Over there, he played a key role in repositioning it as Brand Capital. Later on, he moved to Times Response, the sales and revenue division of BCCL.
Since 2016, he’s been heading Trade Marketing, Branded Content, Times Envelop (creative strategy) and Innovations.
As part of Trade Marketing, he launched "Power of Print" with the aim of re-energising creativity in the print medium.
Around four years back, Raphael created Times Envelop, a team created to provide strategic and creative solutions to any brand that wants it.
Before BCCL, he was General Manager, Marketing at United Spirits.
With over 26 years of experience, in the past, he has also worked at DMA Branding, Euro RSCG, Madison, UTV Interactive and Fountainhead.
