Vivek Gaur steps down from CEO role at Tak Channels

The CEO and Consultation (Senior Management Personnel) of Tak Channels, Vivek Gaur has stepped down from his role, according to TV Today Network's disclosure to SEBI.

Gaur tendered his resignation on October 18 to pursue other opportunities, the company stated.

In a letter, Ashish Sabharwal, Group Head-Secretarial and Company Secretary, said that the company has accepted the resignation.

He will be relieved from his duties from the close of business hours on January 18, 2024, Sabharwal added.
