Mustufa Arsiwalla moves on from Britannia Bel Foods as CMO

After being associated with Bel for three and a half years, starting October 2019, as Head of Marketing (Marketing Group Manager) and then with the joint venture of Britannia and Bel which came into being in November 2022, as Chief Marketing Officer for six months, Mustufa Arsiwalla has moved on.

Making the announcement on LinkedIn, Arsiwalla mentioned, “It's been a truly enriching experience, filled with growth, learning, celebrations, and enough creamy cheese to fill a swimming pool! But now, it's time for me to spread my wings and see if the grass is indeed greener on the other side of the office cubicle.”

“Taking on the challenge of building an emerging brand in India has required a shift in mind-set—adapting the ‘frugal start up’ playbook and challenging traditional approaches. These years with Bel have been nothing short of transformative. I leave with invaluable experiences, a strong sense of purpose, and the resilience to conquer challenges,” he added.

Prior to joining Bel in October 2019, Arsiwalla was associated with Ferrero for over five years across various roles such as AGM (Kinder Joy) for four months, Senior Brand Manager and Brand Manager (Ferrero Rocher) for nearly two and a half years each.

He was also the Senior brand Manager at CavinKare for a period of over two and a half years, starting January 2012.

Previously he was also associated with Elder Health Care, Parle Agro and ITC.
