Ruchika Mehta, Editor In Chief, Hello! Magazine India, has called it a day at the RPSG Group company after 17 long years of association.
She was also the launch editor of the Indian edition of Hello! Magazine, a celebrity and lifestyle magazine, in 2007.
As part of her role at Hello! Magazine India, Mehta was responsible for the magazine's content, brand strategy, marketing and digital platforms.
Alongside, she was also responsible for the editorial and web content and involved in the brand and marketing strategies of one of India’s oldest and largest-selling women's magazine- Femina.
Prior to Hello! Magazine’s launch, Mehta was the Editor-In-Chief- Lifestyle, Times Internet, for six years starting in 2000 and was responsible for setting up the Lifestyle content at the launch phase of Times Internet.
At the same time, she was also tasked with editing a weekly lifestyle supplement ROUGE, which was a part of the main Times of India newspaper.
A seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience and a background that crosses numerous markets, her experience spans the editorial and commercial teams of top industry names such as the Times Of India Group and Hindustan Times.
Notably, she has been associated with many launches and has conceptualised and hosted some of the most exclusive and premium events such as Hello! Hall Of Fame Awards and Hello! Debutantes Awards.
