Sirca Paints has launched funny TV commercials created by DigiStreet Media, featuring actor Manoj Pahwa.
Titled "Sirca Hai to Shaan Hai,", the ads showcase humorous slice-of-life situations along with highlighting the selling points of Sirca's PU Polish range.
