Asianet's Star Singer Season 9 to air starting July 22 onwards

Asianet has announced the telecast of Star Singer's ninth season launch ceremony on July 15, 16 and regular episodes from July 22, onwards.

The judging panel comprises Singers K S Chithra, Sithara and Vidhu Prathap.

This edition will have sixteen contestants from across Kerala. The show will be hosted by RJ Varsha.

Star Singer season 9 was officially inaugurated by musician and Oscar award winner Keeravaani, Mamtha Mohandas, judges K S Chithra, Sithara, Vidhu Prathap, Asianet Channel Head Kishan Kumar and others by lighting the Bhadra Deepam.

The launch event introduced the 16 contestants and jury panel.
