MX Player's Nikhil Gandhi joins Arise IIP as Executive Director

MX Player’s former COO Nikhil Gandhi has joined Arise IIP as Executive Director.

He updated about his new role on LinkedIn. Arise IIP designs, finances, builds and operates integrated and tailor-made industrial zones.

Gandhi stepped down from Chief Operating Officer (COO) role at MX Player earlier in March 2022.

He was appointed as COO in August 2021 and worked closely with the platform’s Chief Executive Officer Karan Bedi.

Prior to MX Player, he was heading TikTok in the Middle East, Turkey, Africa and South Asia. Before that, he was also the Head of the Indian and South Asian markets at TikTok.

In the past, he has also worked at Times Network as COO and President, as VP at The Walt Disney Company, as Business Head at UTV, as Regional Head at Bennett Coleman and Co. and as Account Manager at Viacom18.
