Ajay Simha moves on from Nivea India as Marketing Director

Ajay Simha, Marketing Director at Nivea India, has decided to move on from the company. 

Making the announcement on his LinkedIn account, Simha wrote, "As the curtains draw on 2022, it also draws on my time at Beiersdorf, Nivea India; 12 years and seven months since I joined this place as an ABM." 

"Many different assignments, two countries of residence, innumerable learnings, tons of fun and interactions with so many colleagues from different cultures, many of them friends for life now," the post further read.

Earlier in June 2021, Simha was appointed as the Marketing Director at Nivea India. This was Simha's second stint with Nivea.

In a career spanning over 18 years, Simha has worked as a Sales Manager at ABB from 2004-2007. Later, he also worked as a Key Account Manager - Personal Systems Group at Hewlett Packard India Sales from 2007-2008. 

Simha also worked at Hindustan Unilever in 2009 as an intern - Regional Brand Development Team, Domestos, Asia. 

Later, Simha worked for Nivea India for five years, from 2010-2015, taking charge of various roles from time to time - including Brand Manager, Personal Care; Senior Product Manager, Male Grooming and Category Manager, Male Grooming. 

Simha has also worked with Beiersdorf, parent company of Nivea, as Regional Marketing Manager, IMEA, Russia/CIS and Turkey and Middle East and North America for more than five years from January 2016 to May 2021.
