Mirchi has announced the appointment of Yatish Mehrishi as the Chief Executive Officer.
In a BSE filing, the company also announced the re-designation of Prashant Panday (currently designated as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer) as the Managing Director effective from November 1, 2022.
ENIL said that Panday will continue to be the key managerial personnel as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
Mehrishi will be spearheading the company’s performance across all dimensions.
Mehrishi is a professional with over 23 years of experience across diverse sectors spanning FMCG, Telecom and Fashion having worked with organizations like Pepsico, Motorola and Arvind Fashions which was his previous stint as Chief Revenue Officer. Having worked with ENIL earlier for 11 years as Chief Operating Officer he, therefore, brings with him experience and a strong understanding of the radio, media and entertainment sector.
