Gaurav Verma and Chitra Tripathi return to India Today Group

India Today Group Monday announced the homecoming of Gaurav Verma and Chitra Tripathi.

Verma has joined as Chief Operating Office of The Lallan Top. He will report to Vivek Gaur. He will also oversee revenue for digital streaming of Live TV reporting to Salil Kumar.

Verma left TV Today Network in August 2020 and had stints with Zee Media Corp and Times Now Navbharat before his return to the India Today Group.

Tripathi has returned as the Editor of Special Projects at Aaj Tak. She will continue to report to Supriya Prasad.

Tripathi last month joined ABP News and had a stint of less than a month before returning to Aaj Tak.

Both Verma and Tripathi will be based in Noida.
