Asianet plans special programming for Onam

Asianet has announced a special programming on the occasion of Onam.

The channel plans to celebrate Onan with many events like world television premieres of films, Onam celebrations by TV stars, telefilms, musical parties, comedy skits, Onam cookery shows, Onam special comedy shows, Start Music, Aadi Mone Buzzer, chat shows with famous actors, super hit films, and more.

On September 7 (Uthradam Day) film stars will present "Onaruchimelam" with dishes and new flavours at 8.30 am, at 8.55 am "Onakalavara" with Onam dishes will come before the audience.

Then at 12.30 pm, the first part of "Cook with Comedy" show will go on air which is full of comedy and cooking featuring film star Kaniha, television stars and comedians, and at 1.30 pm "Onathappanum Kuttiyolum" featuring Onakalli and Onam songs with celebrity children, actor Jayaraj Warrier and singer Manjari, and more.

As part of the world television premiere, films such as Mohanlal’s "Neyyatinkara Gopante Aarat" at 9 am, Manju Warrier-Biju Menon’s movie "Lalitham Sundaram" at 4 pm, Mammootty's action film "Bheeshma Parvam" at 8 pm will be aired on the channel.

On September 8 (Thruvonam day) the special telecast will start with "Onaruchimelam", popular artistes will come with their Onam delicacies at 8.30 am, "Onakalavara" at 8.55 am, at 12.30 pm the second episode of "Cook with Comedy" and at 5.30 pm the Onam celebrations "Onapuram Nalam Pookalam" featuring film stars Suraj Venjaramood and television stars, comedians and film stars will be aired.

Also "Hridayam" starring Pranav Mohanlal Kalyani Priyadarshan, Darshana and others at 9 am and Rajamouli's RRR at 1.30 pm and "Bro Dady" starring Mohanlal, Prithviraj, Meena, Kalyani Priyadarshan, Lalu Alex, Kaniha and others at 7 pm will be aired for the audience.

Also from August 30 to September 6 at 11 am, many Onam programs, telefilms, super hit films and musical feasts will be telecast on the channel.
