After quitting Netflix as Content and Brand Marketing Lead, Dipashree Das has now joined AmazonFuse as Head of Partner Marketing, APAC and ANZ region.
Das announced her new role through a post on LinkedIn.
“Super pumped to share that I started last week at Amazon Singapore, where I will be heading Partner Marketing for APAC and ANZ, as part of AmazonFuse,” her post read.
Additionally, Das stated, “I can't wait to reconnect with old partners and industry colleagues and meet new ones, as we scale this unmatched rocketship to new heights, together.”
Das had earlier taken to LinkedIn to announce her move of quitting the OTT giant, Netflix on June 17, this year. At Netflix, she looked after the Films portfolio as part of her marketing role in her over-five years association with the streaming platform.
Moreover, she had earlier hinted at her future plan of joining Amazon, when she said, “About a week from now I return to a city that has always felt like home, to take on an APAC+ role at a very exciting company that is reshaping every facet of entertainment as we know it.”
She oversaw regional channel partnerships, trade marketing, and sales strategy at Singtel before joining Netflix. Furthermore, she also led strategy and content production for digital and social media platforms at Channel NewsAsia in addition to working with Oak3 Films, NDTV, and Unilever.
AmazonFuse is responsible for the distribution of Amazon subscription services in strategic partnerships, including Prime Video, Prime, Amazon Music, Audible, Kindle, and more throughout the globe.
