Two Indians have been included in the first-three jury panels named for the WARC Awards for Effectiveness 2022 in association with LIONS. Tonic Worldwide’s Unmisha Bhatt and McCann Worldgroup’s Jitender Dabas are on the jury.
The global competition, now in its second year, recognises the best marketing campaigns that deliver business results.
Senior marketing executives from brands and agencies from around the world are represented on the juries.
The juries have been announced for Customer Experience, Instant Impact and Brand Purpose.
The two Indians included in the jury are:
Instant Impact
Unmisha Bhatt, Chief Strategy Officer and Director, India and MENA, Tonic Worldwide, India
Brand Purpose
Jitender Dabas, Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Operations Officer, McCann Worldgroup, India
The Awards will be judged using the WARC/LIONS Creative Effectiveness Ladder- a universal framework of the six main approaches for using strategy and creativity to drive specific marketing outcomes. Every shortlisted and winning entry will receive feedback on how they’ve performed on the Ladder, helping drive business and industry success.
Paul Coxhill, Managing Director, WARC, said, “To judge and benchmark excellence in marketing effectiveness, we have brought together a phenomenal line-up of industry talent representing some of the world’s biggest brands, agencies and specialists from around the world.”
The Awards are free to enter and open to all. Entries will be accepted until March 2, 2022. The winners will be announced at Cannes Lions in June.
