'Sharks' for the very first edition of Shark Tank India revealed

Sony Entertainment Television has revealed the seven ‘Sharks’ for the first edition of Shark Tank India. The programme will provide an opportunity and a platform to entrepreneurs with interesting business ideas, business prototypes or active businesses that will be evaluated by business experts.

The sharks who will mentor, invest, and provide a vision for these budding entrepreneurs include, Ashneer Grover, Founder and Managing Director, BharatPe, alongside Vineeta Singh, CEO and Co-founder of Sugar Cosmetics. Peyush Bansal, Founder and CEO of Lenskart.com; Namita Thapar, Executive Director of Emcure Pharmaceuticals; Anupam Mittal, Founder and CEO of Shaadi.com - People Group; Ghazal Alagh - Co-founder, Mamaearth and Aman Gupta, who is the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer at boat, will be the Sharks in the show.

The show, produced by Studio Next, will soon premiere on Sony Entertainment Television.
