Rashi Goel has quit Nestle as Business Executive Officer - Breakfast Cereals, South Asia and Director Marketing and Consumer Communications. She had joined the company in 2017 as Director - Marketing and Consumer Communications India.

She was the marketing partner to all Nestlé Businesses and instrumental in leading media strategy and buying, along with brand communication across TV and Digital.

Prior to this, Goel was the CMO at The Kraft Heinz Company for more than a year and headed India portfolio of heritage brands - Complan, GluconD, Heinz Tomato Ketchup and Nycil. Before this, she was the Marketing Director-APAC, Fragrances for Givaudan PTE Singapore for almost two years.

She had started her career as Sales Officer with L’Oreal India and later got promoted to the role of Product Manager in 1998. After four years of her stint, she moved to Unilever as Brand Manager and worked there for more than five years. She then moved to Coca Cola India as General Manager- Flavours before joining PepsiCo as VP-Innovation.

Goel completed Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Jesus and Mary College and MBA from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. She also has done Master of Science in Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
