Amit Tiwari, Vice-President Marketing at Havells India, quits

Amit Tiwari, Vice-President of Marketing of Havells India, has put in his papers.

Tiwari earlier was with Philips India for eight years as Director Marketing, Indian Subcontinent, Brand, Communication and Digital.

Prior to Philips, Tiwari worked with Maxus India as Media Group Head for more than a year where he led media/buying accountabilities for assigned brands and optimised ROI.

He started his career with Quantum Communications as Media Planner in 2001. He joined Triton communications as Senior Media Planner before joining Lintas Media Group as Media Manager.

Prior to joining Maxus, Tiwari was the Media Group Head at Zenithoptimedia India for a year.

Tiwari joined Havells India four years ago and successfully led marketing strategies in both B2C and B2B segments.

He has studied at ISB Hyderabad, IMM, London; CMD, Modinagar; University of Pennsylvania and Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
