At a time when the OOH and experiential marketing space is badly hit due to Coronavirus pandemic, in a bizarre move, Pratap Bose has stepped down as Founding Partner and Chairman of The Social Street. Mandeep Malhotra, Founding Partner and CEO, has taken over the charge. Bose put in his papers a few weeks ago.

Confirming the development, Malhotra said, “These are tough times. He’s been the pillar of the organisation. I would personally reach out to him for any guidance the organisation would need. I still talk to him almost every alternate day about work. I don’t know exactly why he decided to move on.”

Bose setup the experiential and OOH agency in 2015 along with Malhotra, Pradeep Uppalapati and Arjun Reddy. Before he decided to turn an entrepreneur, bose was the Chief Operating Officer at DDB Mudra.

Malhotra told BestMediaInfo.com that there had been no discussion on how will the equity share among partners be after Bose’s exit. The decision can be taken on the same only after the lockdown is repealed.
