Virginia Sharma, Director, Marketing Solutions, LinkedIn India, has decided to move on after spending six years with the professional networking giant.

In a post shared on LinkedIn, Sharma wrote, “After almost six exceptional and life changing years at Linkedin I have found my moment to move to my #nextplay. This decision was largely driven by the strength of the business I have been part of over the last four years.”
About her next move, Sharma said, “I am looking forward to bringing all of this experience to my next play, which will be announced early May. I will continue to be based in Gurgaon, India and remain in the digital media and advertising fraternity, so not going very far at all!”
Sharma joined LinkedIn in June 2014 from IBM where she spent more than 15 years. She started her career with IBM in June 1999 as Marketing Manager, Americas Software Group based in New York and rose to the role of Vice President, Marketing, Systems and Technology Group.
