The fourth season of India’s first and biggest news quiz that premiered in September, comes to a splendid end as Burhaan Rasheed Zargar and Raghav Khajuria of the Jodhamal Public School, Jammu are declared as the winners of the coveted quiz.
News Wiz—the only news quiz show on Indian TV—pioneered its journey 3 years ago, in 2016. Marking the fourth season milestone, the show with Rajdeep Sardesai as the Quiz Master has provided a national platform to the brilliant minds of tomorrow. With the grand finale, came an action packed end to a season that engaged over 750 schools, reaching out to more than 2 lakh students in the process.
Burhaan and Raghav, the newly announced winners of the News Wiz Season 4, astonished everyone with their level of preparedness and calm demeanour. Putting in a concerted effort, they soldiered on through the contest, battled very hard till the last round of the finale and went home with the much-coveted News Wiz Trophy.
