Prashanth Challapalli, COO, Leo Burnett Orchard, has called it quits. He had put in his papers in October. He is currently serving his notice period until the mid of next month.

According to the industry sources, Challapalli plans to work in the data, strategy and content space.

Leo Burnett Group had elevated Challapalli as the Chief Operating Officer for Leo Burnett Orchard in August 2018.

He had joined the group in January 2017 as the Chief Integration Officer for Leo Burnett South Asia with a mandate of driving the integration agenda for agency’s key clients such as Google, P&G, McDonald’s and TVS Motorcycles. He has the experience of running both mainline advertising-led and digital-led businesses.

In his 20 years of experience, he spent the first 11 years in agencies such as Ogilvy, Lowe, Y&R, Dentsu and Publicis Ambience. In 2009, he started Jack in the Box Worldwide, one of the most awarded digital agencies in India with campaigns such as Kolaveri, Pepsi IPL and 7Up to its credit. He then ran iContract for four years where Google, Durex, Dettol and YouTube were his clients.
