East Indian Hotels Limited has appointed digital solutions agency Mirum India, which is part of WPP network, for providing Marketing Cloud services.
The hospitality industry is looking for efficient ways to communicate with its customers. EIH has selected Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to ensure seamless user experience through relevant communication for the right target audience and customers.
Mirum India is a Salesforce Gold Consulting Partner, with expertise across the entire stack of marketing cloud suite such as Social Studio, ExactTarget, Pardot, Datorama and DMP. Mirum India will be responsible for implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, as well as for data collection and integration with marketing automation platform.
