New York Festivals International Advertising Awards is now open for entries for the 2020 competition.
It announced several competition updates for 2020. Continuing a commitment to excellence, the changes include the modernization of the Advertising Awards database. Newly launched this month, a streamlined entry system, new website and new judging system provide a straightforward process and ease of navigation for both entrants and jury members.
New York Festivals also announced the Midas Awards has merged into the prestigious NYF Advertising Awards. Midas will be a special category group: Financial Advertising which will include all the familiar financial categories. All Midas entries will be judged by a prominent international jury under the NYF Advertising umbrella.
“We’re excited by the possibilities that come with the inclusion of the esteemed Midas Awards into the NYF Advertising Awards family. NYF’s live judging sessions will take place in New York City a month earlier allowing winners to be notified with results by April 6th. Many clients have requested earlier results and we were happy to grant those wishes.
Executive Jury sessions will convene March 31 to April 3. The Executive Jury, an elite panel of Chief Creative Officers, and Film Craft Executive Jury will choose the winners from the Finalist entries selected by the international online Grand Jury.
