OTT platform MX Player, which is celebrating eight months of its success, has announced a series of 20 new original shows that they will be releasing till March 2020, making it 35 originals by the end of the business year.
MX player, which claims to have 1 billion downloads and 175 million active monthly subscribers, has climbed to the top in a record 250 days. MX Player provides an online streaming library of over 100,000 hours of licensed content, across 10 languages and an exciting slate of MX Original Series with genres ranging across drama, comedy, reality and romance.

Some of the properties for the year are Times of Music (which includes big names like Vishal-Shekhar, Salim-Sulaiman, Pyarelal-ji, Agnee, Amit Trivedi and Rajesh Roshan), Shaadi Fit, Call It Magic.
