Asia's leading cloud company Deskera has appointed Neha Chimbulkar as Deputy Director - Marketing Communications, for its India operations. In this role, Chimbulkar is responsible for leading and strengthening all marketing efforts, including branding, strategic partnerships, campaign management across the firm. 

Before joining Deskera, Chimbulkar worked with the Network18 group where she was heading brand and client solutions for Forbes India as well as CNBC Awaaz. As part of her 10-year stint with the group, she has been instrumental in driving brand strategy, partnership and alliances, media planning and events.

Commenting on this appointment Priyanka Tiku Tripathi, Vice President - Marketing at Deskera, said, "We welcome Neha to the Deskera team at this crucial growth juncture when we are strengthening our India presence. The public cloud services market in India is projected to touch $2.4 billion in revenue by the end of 2019, which is an almost 24.3% increase from 2018. Over half of all the revenue will come from cloud application services, which is stated to be the fastest-growing market segment in India in 2019.
