The Digital Street, a Social Street Group Company, has named Shrikant Menon as its new Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner. Menon will lead and oversee the group’s entire digital practice. He will be based at the agency’s Mumbai headquarters.
A digital thinker, marketer and strategist, Menon comes with 15 years of rich experience in digital marketing, sales strategy, media planning, market research and business development. He brings in a unique 360-degree view of the digital ecosystem having worked with leading agencies, brands as well as publishers.
Menon joins The Digital Street from Times Internet, where he was the Head of Sales Strategy and Agency Relations across products. Prior to Times Internet, he held the office of Vice-President and Business Head for West Region at Interactive Avenues, IPG Mediabrands’ digital marketing company. In various earlier roles, he has been pivotal in enhancing strategies for brands and worked with leading companies associated with digital transformation such as Mindshare- GroupM, Castrol, Yahoo!, Mastek, Hungama and Indigo Consulting.
