Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards 2018 is back

It’s time again for the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards 2018 from the kids’ entertainment brand Nickelodeon.

To be hosted by Kartik Aryan, the awards will have the best of Bollywood with Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt and Sonakshi Sinha setting the stage on fire with the kids’ favourite Nicktoons. The awards will take place on December 13 at NSCI Dome, Mumbai.

Nina Elavia Jaipuria, Head, Hindi Mass Entertainment and Kids TV Network at Viacom18, said, “It brings me immense pleasure to present yet another year of Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards. This year, the Kids Choice Awards is slated to come to life as an apex entertainment bonanza for kids and their families. Our intent with this novel award show is entertaining kids, empowering them and their choices as well as engaging with parents, making it a truly memorable family experience.”

Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards is special as kids decide who will take home the most-coveted award — the Nickelodeon Blimp. Last year’s awards saw Ranveer Singh being voted the best actor, Alia Bhat the best actress, Varun Dhawan the favourite entertainer of the year and Golmaal Again was voted by the kids as the favourite movie of the year. This year the voting, exclusively on and the Voot app, is across 13 categories such as favourite actor, favourite actress, favourite movie, favourite song, favourite mobile game, etc.

This year, children’s favourite Nicktoons — Motu Patlu, Shiva, Rudra and others — will shake a leg with Alia Bhatt, Sonakshi Sinha and Varun Dhawan.

Like last year when Alia Bhatt was drenched in slime and Ranveer Singh slid into a pool of slime, this year too, slime will be the mark of honour for the winner.
