In Week 48 of 2017 (November 25-December 1) of BARC India data, Zee TV claimed the top spot in the combined markets U+R, displacing its sister channel Zee Anmol, which slipped to No. 4. In the same ranking, Star Barat and Colors climbed up by one spot each, to take the No. 2 and No. 3 spots, respectively. Colors continued to be at No. 1 in the urban markets while Zee Anmol was on top in rural.
The two fiction shows of Zee TV continued to lead in the urban and U+R markets. Colors show Tu Aashiqui entered the list in the urban flock at No. 5. Star Plus and Sony Entertainment Television maintained their rankings.

Star Plus stayed at No. 7 with 464.278 million (last week 480.000 million) Impressions. Rishtey at No. 8 clocked 421.112 million (last week 408.566 million) Impressions. Sony SAB climbed a spot to No. 9 with 420.114 million (last week 379.184 million) Impressions. Sony Entertainment Television slipped to the last spot at No. 10 position with gross viewership of 383.014 million (last week 405.956 million) Impressions.

As per select data {HSM (U+R): NCCS All: Prime Time (1800 - 2330 hours): 2+ Individuals}, Zee TV’s spin-off show Kundali Bhagya and its original fiction Kumkum Bhagya grabbed the top two spots at No. 1 and 2 with 12.132 million (last week 12.816 million) and 11.383 million (last week 11.657 million) Impressions, respectively. Star Bharat’s Kya Haal Mr Panchal climbed up to No. 3 with 10.661 million (last week 8.935 million) Impressions.
Sony Pal’sBalveer stood at No. 4 with 9.616 million Impressions. Colors’ Tu Aashiqui grabbed the last spot with 8.693 million Impressions.

Colors continued to lead the flock of Hindi general entertainment channels (GECs) in the urban markets, garnering 466.430 million (last week 431.396 million) Impressions. Zee TV was ranked as the second most watched Hindi GEC in the urban markets clocking 404.079 million (last week 385.878 million) Impressions. Star Plus stood at the third spot in the urban markets with 328.260 million (last week 338.604million) Impressions. Star Bharat stood at the fourth spot by clocking 315.957 million (last week 299.488 million) Impressions, followed by Sony Sab garnering 315.719 million (last week 284.362 million) Impressions, followed by.
