Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has launched Rebrain, the emoji of Business Today, the revamped business magazine of India Today Group.
In the current world of fast and unprecedented changes where technology and innovation are upending the entire traditional businesses, Rebrain symbolises reinvention, rethinking and rewiring. The rebranded Business Today has a new logo; new masthead; more pages with finely curated and filtered information and features in several new sections reflecting the change in global conditions.
Speaking at the event Jaitley said, "The world is changing, most methodologies are changing, the way people think are changing, the speed of events is changing and therefore unless you are able to think completely on a different line, away from the beaten path, I don't think you'll be able to compete with the manner in which the world otherwise is running."
Commenting on the revamp, Aroon Purie, Chairman and Editor-in-chief, India Today Group, said, “Keeping pace with the changing times, we, at India Today Group have completely reimagined Business Today keeping in mind the need for today’s reader to comprehensively rebrain themselves without losing any of the magazine’s core values.”
Launched in 1992, Business Today, in its new avatar, will focus on rapidly disseminating business insights that will help the reader survive and thrive in a changing environment with its realigned sections: The Buzz, which keeps readers updated on cutting-edge issues with snappy analysis and telling graphics, The Hub is a deep dive into policy, industry, companies and people who are making a difference, and The Breakout Zone at the back gives tips on everything from improving productivity to keeping fit for the corporate jungle.
