Zoom launches 'Yaar Mera Superstar, the #UltimateBollywoodHangout'

The show will air every Tuesday at 7:30 PM, with episode one and two featuring the cast of 'Dilwale' and 'Bajirao Mastani'

Did you know that Shah Rukh Khan's first jeep was repossessed by the bank? That Varun Dhawan likes it when the woman is in the driver's seat? That Kriti Sanon loves bike rides? These and many more revelations were unveiled in the first episode of Zoom's new show 'Yaar Mera Superstar, the #UltimateBollywoodHangout' which features Shah Rukh Khan along with young heart-throbs Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon.

Fans of Bollywood stars have seen their favourite celebrities walk the red carpet, pose for magazines and on hoardings and the silver screen, but now, Zoom is bringing its viewers a chat show which will present these stars in a never-seen-before cool, fun avatars. The show will be hosted by anchor Garima Kumar.

The show is a weekly but, in its first week, it will air twice. On Wednesday December 16, a fresh episode featuring the star cast of Bajirao Mastani (Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh) will be shown. Thereafter, there will be one episode every Tuesday at 7.30 pm on the channel.

Each episode will be a no-holds-barred show where viewers can get a glimpse of the other side of their favourite stars. The show will depict the warm, human and personal side of these celebrities making them 'spill the beans' about their personal and professional lives in a fun and interactive format.

As a part of the digital promotion plan, the channel is promoting the show across its social media pages. Zoom had held contest called #DilwaleOnZoom where followers had to guess the name of Garima's new show on the channel. Followers retweeted several times to see the entire logo and guess the name of the show. Lucky winners got props autographed by Shah Rukh Khan, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon. Additionally, the channel uploaded several sneak peeks of the 'Yaar Mera Superstar' Dilwale episode.
