Goafest 2015: Linen Lintas wins Grand Prix in first set of Creative Abbys
A total of 153 metals were given away on the second night of Goafest 2015, including 1 Grand Prix, 36 Gold, 45 Silver and 71 Bronze metals

The eagerly awaited and most attended part of Goafest is the Creative Abby awards nights. The first set of Abby awards was given out on the second night of Goafest 2015, across eight categories. A total of 153 metals were won by entrants on the second night of Goafest 2015, including 1 Grand Prix, 36 Gold, 45 Silver and 71 Bronze metals.
This year, Creative Abbys received 2801 entries compared to 2600 entries received last year. There has been an increase in entries across all categories. A total of 108 jury members and 14 Chairpersons deliberated on the award entries.
Linen Lintas won the only Grand Prix of the night, in the Direct category for the entry 'Brave & Beautiful' for Dabur Vatika Premium Natural's Shampoo in the 'Direct Campaign using Any 2 form' subcategory. There were 5 Gold, 5 Silver and 9 Bronze winners in the category this year.
In the 'Radio' category, 1 Gold, 9 Silver and 12 Bronze awards were given out, while 'Radio Craft' category saw 2 Gold, 4 Silver and 7 Bronze winners. No Gold metals were awarded in the 'Print Craft' category, even while entrants received 6 Silver and 6 Bronze awards in the same category.
The 'Branded Content' category saw 2 Gold, 4 Silver and 9 Bronze winners, while 6 Gold, 6 Silver and 15 Bronze metals were given out in the 'Branded Activation' category. In the 'Broadcaster' category, 14 Gold, 7 Silver and 5 Bronze metals were awarded, while the 'Public Relation' category saw 6 Gold, 4 Bronze and 8 Silver winners.
