ZEEL brings on board Sunil Buch as Chief Business Officer

Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL) today announced the appointment of Sunil Buch as Chief Business Officer (CBO). He will be responsible for the business deliverables critical to the organization via effective and quick implementation of prioritised strategic initiatives across the organization and will report to Punit Goenka, MD & CEO, ZEEL. In addition, he will also head Network Marketing, Audience Content Research, Brand Activation & Identity Strategy. He joined yesterday.
Speaking on his appointment, Goenka said, “We are extremely happy to have Sunil join us as Chief Business Officer. Buch has over two decades of well-rounded experience in Functional & General Management across various sectors including FMCG, Advertising, Media & Entertainment and Telecom Retail. Prior to joining ZEE, he was the Business Head - Reliance Own Retail at Reliance Communications. He has also held leadership positions at Colgate-Palmolive, Johnson & Johnson, Leo Burnett and Marico and has created profitable brand-led businesses via thought leadership, entrepreneurial problem solving, creative strategy and execution.
