Turner launches HBO Defined and HBO Hits on Tata Sky

Tata Sky subscribers can enjoy blockbuster movies and HBO Originals advertising-free and in dual language

Turner International India has announced the launch of HBO Defined HD and HBO Hits HD on DTH platform, Tata Sky. With this, Turner International has ensured the availability of two premium advertising-free movie channels across 11 leading DTH and digital cable platforms in India.

HBO Defined HD and HBO Hits HD showcase the best of Hollywood and Bollywood content through HD feeds on Tata Sky channel numbers 358 and 360, respectively. Tata Sky subscribers can enjoy the channel in dual language for select movie titles. Subscribers can avail the two channels at a price of Rs 99 per month.

Joe Retaliation, Gangster Squad, Arbitrage, Jack Reacher and Margin Call; Bollywood hits like Rock On!,  Wake Up Sid, My Name is Khan, etc.;  and exclusive and award-winning HBO Original series such as True Detective S1, The Newsroom S3, Game of Thrones S4, Boardwalk Empire Season S5 as they premiere close to US airdates. In addition, dual language options of either English or Hindi are available for selected Hollywood blockbusters. Some of the upcoming titles in dual language are The Dark Knight Rises, Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol, Happy Feet Two, Paranormal Activity 4, Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance, Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted and others.
