The eighth edition the food festival will take place, from March 4 to March 6, at EEDF Ground, Kolkata

ABP Ananda is all set for the launch of its annual three-day food festival "Khaibaar Paas" - Kolkata's food gateway, where foodies can expect a celebration of great tasting culinary dishes from renowned restaurants and food outlets in Bengal.

The eighth edition of ABP Ananda’s ‘Khaibaar Paas’ festival will take place from March 4 to March 6, 2022, at EEDF Ground, Kolkata (near South City Mall).

The festival has amassed a large following among Bengal's foodies and food business owners. It is a confluence of the various elements that make up Bengali cuisine as people will be able to sample delicacies from more than 50 food stalls.

It is a business opportunity for the participating restaurants/food joints as the festival witnesses foot falls of over 25,000 people. The festival in itself has been a rage amongst the foodies, food lovers and food bloggers from Kolkata.

The presenting sponsors for this year’s edition are: Lalbaba Rice, Riya dhoop, Wild Stone, Emami Healthy & Tasty Mantra Masala, ABP and Gowardhan Ghee. Powered by Dear Lottery. Partnered by Just my roots. Digital partner ABP Live. ABP Ananda has gone all out to promote this three-day festival, employing a comprehensive marketing plan that includes on-air, on-ground, radio, print, outdoor, and digital mediums.

ABP Ananda has also brought enlisted popular influencers to promote the event on social media.

Dedicated stall spaces have been set up where leading brands are going to showcase their latest and innovative products to festival goers.

Further, a lot of engaging activities are also planned by the organisers and brands where people can take part in fun activities and can also stand a chance to win exciting prizes.

ABP Ananda is confident that this 8th edition will be a massive success largely owing to the easing up of the COVID situation.

CRO of ABP Network, Mona Jain, said, “Khaibaar Paas has been able to carve out a niche for itself in the Bengali food space. The past seven editions of the festival have led to massive popularity for this event and we anticipate huge participation from people of Kolkata this time around as well. ABP Ananda will always remain committed to showcasing the rich cultural aspects of Bengal and our future programming has a lot more engaging events in the pipeline for our beloved audiences.”
