Hero Motocorp has joined hands with FCB Ulka to launch its latest campaign for its new scooter Hero Maestro Edge. Through the campaign, the brand tries to communicate the features of its scooter in a funny yet ‘hatke’ way.

The film opens up with Ranbir Kapoor coming up to his girlfriend’s house to pick her up in his Maestro Edge. Seeing him, the girl’s brother questions him but goes with him for a ride to test Kapoor’s scooter. Later, the father also goes with his son for a ride and Kapoor is left all alone to spend time with her girlfriend, Priya.

Speaking about the campaign, Surjo Dutt, National Creative Director, FCB Ulka, said, “Our primary insight came from the inherent style and flair of the Maestro Edge. Moreover, we had the charismatic Ranbir Kapoor to help bring out the mischief, charm and distinct style of the scooter. Since he already is an embodiment of all these attributes, the communication of the film was rather easy to implement. Ranbir Kapoor’s hatke style coupled with the attributes of the bike truly helped tie the film together.”

The campaign went on air across various channels and is supported by print, OOH, digital and retail platforms.
