Alok Bharadwaj, Former Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer, Canon India, has announced the launch of his personal venture ‘CreoVate’.
The new platform will provide services that meet targets and leads of the organisations. It will offer solutions like customer strategy, go-to-market architecture, people capabilities, entry management and retainership service. Also, the platform will address aspects of change management and business transformation (CMBT).
Speaking about his new venture, Bharadwaj, Founder and Managing Director, CreoVate, said, “In current business landscape, CMBT is at the top of leadership agenda. CreoVate will be focused on guiding, coaching and mentoring business organisations that are at the cusp of transformational journey. Transformation is a switch that must be always ‘on’. CreoVate will be the helping gloves to businesses which are planning a new entry or a renewal, a major turnaround, responding to disruptions, rapidly scaling up, seeking to build competitiveness or catapulting people’s capabilities. Organisations must navigate through constantly changing dynamics in conducting their business in challenging market environment to win.”
Emphasising the need to focus on this fourth dimension, Bharadwaj added, “A three-dimensional object begins to form a pattern, a story and a track, and it evolves into a character when seen over time called the fourth dimension. Organisations have life and their shift has to be seen against this dimension. This gap from ‘as-is’ to ‘to-be’ is what the 'fourth dimension' depicts”.
Bharadwaj has gathered over 30 years of experience and has worked with Canon for 16 years. He is a global strategic leader in both B2B and B2C domains. He has worked with brands like Usha, Motorola and Tata Group.
