‘Unlimited Pursuit’ is the latest instalment in the Nike ‘Unlimited’ — Just Do It campaign, and celebrates the power, beauty and pursuit of athletic perfection. The films ‘Unlimited You’, ‘Unlimited Youth’, ‘Unlimited Will’ used humour and some great narration to create inspiring and fun videos. ‘Unlimited Pursuit’, unlike the recent films in the series, has forgone the quirky narration and relied on engaging visuals and catchy music to make the point.
The film that celebrates the power, beauty and pursuit of athletic perfection features an all-star cast of the world’s greatest athletes. The video stars world-class athletes like Scout Bassett, Simone Biles, Elena Delle Donne, Gabby Douglas to Allyson Felix, Dafne Schippers, Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, English Gardner, Alex Morgan and Serena Williams and shows how they push their limits to achieve greatness.
‘Unlimited Pursuit’ much like Nike’s other films in the series has garnered a lot of internet traction. The video has gone viral and raked in over three million views since it was published on YouTube on August 22.
The ‘Unlimited’ campaign is, according to Google findings, the most remembered Olympic ad campaign. According to Google, 34.4 per cent of consumers remembered seeing the ‘Unlimited’ campaign.
The campaign that hails both the everyday and champion athletes who regularly push their limits include films like ‘Unlimited Youth’ about the 86-year-old Sister Madonna Buder and ‘Unlimited Will’ about Kyle Maynard, the quadruple amputee mountaineer.
