Chopra moves from Philips India, where she was Business Head for the Personal Care category

GSK Consumer Healthcare Ltd. has appointed Anurita Chopra as Area Marketing Lead – Oral Health, ISC. Based in Gurgaon, Chopra will report to Manoj Kumar, Managing Director for India Sub-Continent. Chopra succeeds Charubala Sheshadri who moves to Nyon, Switzerland, as Global Marketing Director for Respiratory Health.
GSK Consumer Healthcare is a leading manufacturer of health food drinks and health care products. Its flagship product, Horlicks is a market leader, while Boost is among the top three health food drink brands in India. Healthcare brands from the GSK stable include Eno, Crocin, Iodex and Sensodyne toothpaste.
Chopra joins GSK Consumer Healthcare from Philips India, where she was the Business Head for the Personal Care category. She spent substantial time with Nokia in India, before joining Philips. Chopra has also worked with PepsiCo and Hindustan Unilever. She holds a Masters degree from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai.
