Saurabh SaksenaSaurabh Saksena has been appointed Managing Director of JWT Malaysia. Before moving to Kuala Lumpur, he was Chief Growth Officer at J Walter Thompson New Delhi.
Saksena has been with JWT since 2009, having joined as Executive Business Director. He has worked on diverse categories such as FMCG, retail, technology, telecom, automotive, e-commerce, fashion and liquor.
Saksena is a creative communicator across media and a team player who brings out the best in people. He has worked since 1993 in four communications agencies and one media company. He started his career at Clarion Communications, and went on to work at Ogilvy and DDB Mudra. He was also publisher for Mid-Day afternoon newspaper for two years.
Saksena replaces Nicole Tan who moved to Facebook earlier this year to head its new Malaysia office.
